The VIA-XYrZ is a compact, versatile gantry robot for product handling that takes over repetitive work. Accurately, quietly, and reliably.
It moves quickly along the X-, Y-, and Z-axes and features a rotating gripper (R-axis).
This allows it to rotate, stack, and position products automatically without interruption.
Whether it’s boxes, bags, trays, or crates: with the right gripper, the system can handle it all.
And thanks to its clever design, it fits above existing production lines with no major rebuild required.

What you see here isn’t a concept, it’s a real project where two VIA-XYrZ systems work together in a single production line. Different types of robotics come together in one integrated manufacturing process.
At the start of the line, boxes are automatically erected, positioned, and filled by SCARA robots. The XYrZ system supplies crates with tubes and palletizes them once emptied. At the end of the line, a second XYrZ with a multi-gripper palletizes the filled boxes, including automatic pallet exchange.
